Exchanges and Returns
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the purchased product(s) within a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. In the event that the purchase contains multiple products, these must be returned together.
If the Customer returns all the products from their order within the first thirty (30) calendar days from the purchase, only the price paid for the products will be refunded; shipping costs will not be refunded.
How to make the return
- Explain your case by sending us an email to customercare@orillas.eu. You will receive a shipping label to return the package in your email.
- All returns or exchanges of purchased products must be carefully packaged in the same packaging in which it was delivered and include the invoice order.
- If you do not have these documents at the time of making the exchange or return, please contact us at customercare@orillas.eu.
- Within 48 to 72 hours, we will review the status of the items and refund your payment through the payment method used. Everything will be confirmed and explained via an email from customercare@orillas.eu.
Banks may delay the refund depending on the billing cycle. In that case, please consult with your bank. The processing date of the return will be indicated in an email.
Procedure for exchanges and/or returns with free service at CORREOS delivery point (SPAIN AND PORTUGAL)
In any case, exchanges or size changes will be processed within thirty (30) days from the purchase date. Beyond this period, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
You can exchange sizes or return purchased items on the website by requesting the nearest CORREOS delivery point. Customers wishing to exchange sizes or return items must make their request through customercare@orillas.eu.
Orillas will cover the return costs incurred through the CORREOS delivery point.
Conditions for product exchanges and/or size changes and returns
Orillas cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including:
- Brand tag.
- Outer tag with security seal.
- Composition label.
- Shark Tag.
- In the case of swimwear, the hygiene sticker.
For hygiene reasons, sealed products such as underwear, masks, and bath items that do not retain the label or protective device cannot be returned. Customized garments and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exchanging one model for another is not allowed; only size changes are permitted. To exchange a product for a different one, the customer must return it and make a new purchase.
Cancellation of an order
In order to cancel an order before it is shipped by the company. The customer must send an email to customercare@orillas.eu.
If you wish to cancel an order after the shipment has been made, you can only exchange the product by following the steps explained above.
