We ship worldwide with DHL and with CORREOS in Spain and Portugal.

Shipping Processing

Once your order is confirmed and accepted, our logistics center strives to process it as quickly as possible, aiming to have it ready within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. During sale periods, due to increased order volume, an additional processing time of 2 to 3 business days may be required.

Once our logistics center has dispatched your order, the delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, the shipping company used, and your location in relation to our warehouse in Barcelona. Please note that delivery times are in addition to processing times.

  • Spain: Premium mail shipping 24/48 hours.
  • Europe: Standard shipping 3/7 business days.
  • Free shipping for Spain ( except Canarias,Ceuta and Melilla), Andorra and Portugal.

If you have provided an incorrect shipping address and your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. You can reach us at: customercare@orillas.eu . Please note that once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse, we will not be able to change the shipping address.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and link. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving the notification.

When ordering products on orillas.eu for delivery to a non-European Union country, you will be responsible for paying import duties and taxes, which will be charged when the package reaches its destination.

Any additional amount due to customs clearance will be at your expense. Orillas.eu has no control over such charges. Customs policies vary significantly from one country to another, so for further information, please consult with the respective customs office. In this case, you should contact us through customercare@orillas.eu so that we can provide you with information.
